A resting electrocardiogram (ECG), also known as, is a straightforward test that detects the patterns of your heart. During this test, you will lie down in a quiet environment while electrodes are attached to your chest, arms, and legs. These electrodes send the heart's signals to a machine that creates a waveform representation of your heart rhyth
